• Data Validation - When a user has entered something incorrectly, the website will notify them clearly, ensuring that all processes are completed successfully for the best results.

Must have a great look

If a user likes the look of the site it always helps create repeat visits.

Must have little or no defects

When a user uses a website, if it keeps coming up with problems the user will eventually get fed up and never return again.

Must be Safe to use

Users want to know that their information will not easily be accessed by others, so the site must be very secure and reliable.
